Nationally acclaimed, KAT V has been re-defining the classical violinist image with the help of some strings and needles. Born to a family of musicians, she started classical violin training at age 5. Her inspiration to change the way people experience classical instruments started when she was exposed to the world of house, hip-hop and experimental music. KAT’s curiosity (and frequent appearance) in the Chicago nightclub and DJ scene opened up new outlets and possibilities of musical expression.

Also joining for the day are local artists, Alan Booradley and Members of the NIA at 1:00 PM, Claybrook Penn and Friends at 2:00 PM and Joint Point at 3:00PM!

Per Rolling Stone: "Cleary can be an absolute monster on his own, but Cleary’s full combo R&B is as broad, deep and rolling as the Mississippi River, the combined swinging product of local keyboard tradition, Cleary’s vocal-songwriting flair for moody Seventies soul and the spunky-meters roll of his Gentlemen”
